favorite fish

whats everyones favorite type of fish? i would have to go for any of the esocids or something from the trout and salmon familly, i also like bass, carp and suckers(so i like most fish ) my favorite fish would probably be the brook trout. i will draw whatever fish is the most liked and set it as an entry in the banner contest

thats a very good idea, i like it! id have to say my favorite would be sheep head, its the 1st fish i caught with my grandpa. Was down in Florida shore fishing. all i remember was that there all these wooden pillars or something n we were in between them, and my grandpa have to cast my line for me. aside from that umm...i guess salmon or rainbow trout. afterwards when you have a list should do a vote?

i looked up sheep head on google images and got pictures of fish that were black with a red stripe and one that was beige with dark stripes, witch one did you catch, or do you remember

HAHA, you noticed that to eh. I went up like 30/40 posts in like 2/3 days. hehehehe When i dont go to school, and dont work, well theres much i do, other than keep the forums open all the time, and im on top off every post,lol.

I remember black and whit, i'm going to see if i can find the pic n scan n it up load it, so yes, beige n black:

no were near that size though, it was like 6 inches long. But the embarrassing part is that i was like 6 or 7, n i my rents still told me what i wear, so i have like a blue speedo on,lol.

hahaha, i've been lucky enough to have never worn a speedo, let alone worn one in a picture. if you want to post the picture of the fish but not you just edit out all but the fish on photoshop

i know what you mean. i allways hated going to the mall when i was a todler to see those santa clauses. thank fully my parents caught on and stop taking me by the time i was six

i will remember those days when i have kids,lol. but so what fish is your idea as it stands? lol.

n i should add bass, n maybe sunfish to the list, because sunfish is the last type of fish i caught with my grandpa, and the last fish he caught with me was a small mouth bass, the size of his whole arm. no pics of that though...:? not that i'm aware of.

I would have to say that my favourite fish to go after and to catch is teh Northern Pike. I love the agressive strikes and my fishing preferences really play well to catching pike.

i think since people fish for them we can consider sharks a fish. did you have to use a steel cable for a leader? how big was it and do you have any pics?

I would agree with the Bow Fin fish i want to catch one as well,lol. I only know of the sheep head being salt water since were i was,lol. were you going to go to try n catch one?
