Fished the island today!

Hey all, went fishing today, Toronto Islands, Caught 2 pike, biggest I have ever caught!!
Fished in the rain all day, except for about and 2 hours or so, and wouldn`t you no it, as soon as it stopped they bite!

I don`t have a picture of the second one.
I also lost 3 crank baits today, so that sucked...but 2 big pike, wowzers!

wow i am sooo jealous man, i have been hunting fish like that since the opener and have had no luck,
But im going to my cottage next weekend and im going to get into some im sure.

Man i almost want to skip on my cottage and go here this weekend, im looking forward to catching one of these infamous pikes,lol.
But i have boats and fish awaiting my arrival back home, i'll keep you guys posted for sure.

Ya i will be doing some fishing in the rain this weekend i think, I am prepaired though, I got a police raincoat given to me from one of the officers at my work, bright orange with the blue strip reading police on one side, and the other side is black, so if i need to be seen its easy. Theirs soooo nice though really light warm and never leak.
I love police handmy downs,lol I got a brand new set of police issue boots the other day too,

Actually not my fish, i wish though,lol.
David caught those beauty's, not sure if he got an length on them but im sure he will let you know.
Im going to do my best when i go back home and i'll take my camera with me just in case.

I think i saw a chartruese or tiger style rapala, stick bait. Or husky jerk! look closely, luckly i have 3 of the same ones in my box right now, im so excited to go to my cottage!.
