Fishing at Rouge Park, Toronto

Basically I'm going fishing at rouge park tomorrow and im gonna be targetting the carp there cause ive heard theres good good carp fishing there.
HOwever im more of a bass angler and i was wondering if the bass fising there is any good?

I tried Rouge Park last summer, didn't have any luck other than a tiny little baby cat fish. I saw a kid pull a what looked to be a quarter pound bass out from the little plot of water down towards the beach area
