Fishing with beads illegal?

the MNR arnt out their to measure the gap between the bead and your hook. whoever got caught obviously was using it as a flossing rig which seems to be quite common as the bead keeps the end of the line tight but not on the bottom (making it useful for flossing/snagging)and that is why they got charged.

why do you guys believe everything you read

I got mine ALL on beads with either roe on the hook or those tiny crappie tube jigs ( chartreuse and orange )
