I have a question about the Fishmasters at Dunnville. I heard that the guy who owns that place will let you fish off his property for $5. Is the fishing good in that place? Is it worth paying $5 to fish off his property? I sometimes fish off the bridge above the dam and I always catch something there. I was wondering if it just as good at the Fishmasters shorline.

I've never been there, but from what I've read on this board, it sounds like it's definitely worth the $5. They apparently have a shop there and are very knowledgeable, friendly and will help you get into fish. There is a member here who used to work there and he highly recommends this place.
I say for the $5, give it whirl! At the very least, the owner who knows the area inside-out will be able to give you the low-down regarding exact spots, baits, etc... which in and of itself is worth the $5 IMO.

It's a great spot, but keep in mind, no one will tell you of an "exact spot". You have to figure that out for yourself 
I will tell you however, it's definitely worth the $5 and there are a lot of cats there when the time is right! Check it out! I go there several times a year when the big cats are on. My best so far has been an 18.5 pounder!

been there few times for catfish in the spring, awesome location, good shore access and lots of it, if you are new to the area just ask for some help in the shop and they will give you few tips.
heard some good things about winter fishing too, i just don't like winter fishing on rivers as the ice can be unpredictable
