The way you guys describe the grand is how I feel about the Notty. Maybe the next time I think I should head down to the grand I will just hit the notty throw 20.00 into the current then throw a handfull of flies into the bush and call it a day

day passes for fishing in US are given--the rivers you speak of chase are great however the drive for us easterners is a biblical one
