So Mikey, what types of locations would be good to try? I guess river mouths are at the top of the list, but what else? For instance, the city recently opened up access to some recently improved waterfront near my neighbourhood...
I've been wondering if it might be a good location to try. There's been a big lookout point built that juts out into the lake, and a few smaller points along the shoreline...

Think it might be worth trying?

Humber River , eh ?

I did drove by there just to check out about 2 week ago during mid day and seen few fish jump here and there.

Yeah,,, just goto those rocks down right at the river mouth, i personally cast more toward to river from there than to open.

yeah, i tried few cast from right at the center of the map i linked.

and next season maybe you should target them by the mouth too but those parks just north of Queensway only because river is so much more narrorwer than thsoe fish start to run up :)

You should go there tonight or whatever soon at night and just do some sight seeing. You'll likely see jumps here and there. and early morning. and i am sure you'll see few people on weekends there.
