Frozen Mouth Frozen Fishing

Went to the dentist today, he jammed a bunch of needles in my mouth froze me right up and then he was done :blink:
After that i figure, If my mouth is froze the rest of me should follow suit.
It was -25 with the wind chill so needles to say I did not fish for to long, but still manage to pull 4 fish out of the frozen Notty. The banks had 2-3 feet of snow so walking was tough and there was a 8 foot stretch of Ice/slush along the bank, but still all worth while.
Here are two i got early on. After these two my hands were to cold to bring out the camera :neutral:

good work. I got out to the notty with my new rod on sunday but didn't have any luck. The whole river was flowing nicely but after lastnight/today i'm not too sure about that.

lots of slush flowing and there was a bit of color. I didn't get there till after 12:30 so there must have been a few fish around. You usually can't get a hit after noon

wow -25 u are a true trooper lol. There are those days when i get nothin in the morning then somtimes i go to the river in the middle of the day land a few fish :smile:

Hate to say it but these two came home with me. We haven't had Fresh Rainbow for about two years. So needles to say the family ate well last night lol I know its bad but two rainbow in two years. I think that legit.

How is the wether up north? and any fish in meaford? frozen yet? where is it good up north? Planning to go up today, but yesterday the roads were closed. will let you guys know if i get any.

went out today to thornbury only one on the river went 8 for 9 bigger then usual too. Love having that place to myself

Seriously? Thornbury all to yourself? Man! Every time I've been there, it's always packed. I hope the weather's going to be somewhat decent. Two weeks ago I was on Bighead and the ice flows were killing my drift.

Are you finding them to be more active first thing in the morning or later in the day at Beaver?

Hit two first lite and then 7 between 10:15 and 11:30
Not much ice flow at all very low and clear though
we had the right wind blowing for the tribs up here. NW for two or three days
