Gas to come down in price

Has anyone noticed that our gas price hit a high around 1.35 when crude hit 147.00 a barrel and now the price is close to 110.00 a barrel, it has only gone down .10 a liter? The oil companies will argue that it takes a while for the oil that they spent 147.00 for, to go thought the system, but when we have a crisis, it shoots up the next day. I believe we are quietly being fleeced.
This is a apart of a bigger conspiracy just like using red power pro which incidentally should not be used for flossing.

Last week gas in Keswick was 1.29 ....drove to Kingston Ontario 2+ hrs away..1.22 go figure.
Even better...2 esso stations. 1 at woodbine & Davis the other at woodbine & ravenshoe...the only 2 staitons between Georgina and Newmarket....ALWAYS 4 cents higher than anywhere else.ALWAYS the first to raise and last to drop..and the funny thing...OWNED by the same guy!!! Go Figure....scammers!

With the price of the barrel down in the low $100 range it doesn't make sense, I noticed that gas stations 40-60kms north of me are also a few cents cheaper.

I don't think that most people are aware that the price of oil has gone down so much because there haven't been many articles media stories about the fact that oil has come down but not the price of gas. I think we need to raise a stink so they will lower the price! :roll:

It looks like Hurricane Ike is headed for the Texas refineries and if it does, gas will be going up again! :roll:

Today the price of crude when down, but because hurricane Ike is close to Houston, the price of gas has shot up 13 cents. The gall of those guys!

This gas price - it is finally getting on my last nerve. I mean, what the @8%@ ? when will all this end and start making any sense ??? It is ridiculous really. Every excuse in the book is used to jack the prices up. Few days ago, price went up by 13 cents on speculation that gas reserves will be effected. Now, oil prices dropped to 6 months low, and gas price went down by only 9 cents????

So this is how it goes:
- prices of crude oil goes up - let's raise gas price immediatelly
- prices of crude oil goes down - O.K. let's wait because we might have bought oil at higher price so we will wait till oil is bit cheaper and then we will reduce price just a bit
- wind blows - yes - let's rise price of oil
- rain starts = let's rise price of oil
- it is sunny days ; O.K. people might want to go out somewhere - - let's jack up price of gas

- when none of this applies - Oh, well, we want to make even more obscene amounts of money - people are sheep - let's jack up gas prices even more - people will not complain - so screw them (pardon my "French" )
