I have been there numerous times since I went there for the first time last spring. Look for large weedbeds and drift over them fancasting white spinnerbaits. Retrieve the spinners just above the weedbeds and you should nail some pike. You will also get largemouth bass, which are out of season at the moment, but it can hardly be avoided. We stayed at West Lake Willows and drifted over the weedbeds out from the resort's docks, parallel to the sandbanks. lots of weedbeds, lots of fish. It is hard to avoid LMB here as they were mixed in with the pike we were catching. If you want to avoid bass, you can try trolling deeper weed edges for walleye and pike, or jigging deeper shoals for walleye.

Good luck!
