Me and my friend are planning on visiting Grenadier Pond this weekend. I was wondering, what kind of fish live there? I have heard of bass, perch, sunfish and carp being caught there, but has anyone had any luck there recently? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

There's bass and sunfish 100%. Not sure about carp. I remember being there when I was very young and there were people fishing for pike with minnows too.

I was there last month. The place is weedy as hell. If you cannot cast a hundred feet out, you will just be throwing your bait in the garbage. The place is so weedy you throw a weight in the weeds and it does not sink. Stick to the "pier" It is a little less weedy by the "pier" and more accessible. Bring worms!! I've seen bass, perch, sunfish, carp and catfish be caught. Good luck.

there is a viewing platform try skip casting lighter weighted plastics under it there is also a decent point off the concrete slab where the boats used to be
