I have heard of salmon fishing at the credit and Ganaraska, and will be making my way to those rivers when the run starts. But I also live right by the Humber River (by the Eglinton bridge). Has anyone ever fish the Humber, and at which location?

yup the salmon run in the humber, I have fished the mouth, and up as far as etien bruile park, at Old Mill station, but have yet to catch anything, have seen many fish being caught there though, my whole life so I would say fish your waters.

run has already started a few weeks ago at the ganny. people have reported chinook at the dam already.
this is also true for the humber. there have been sightings of salmon jumping at old mill.

haven't heard much about the western tribs though.

Does the Ganaraska still have fisherman there?

Also a bit of a noob question. How far to salmon go upstream? Ukrainian Canadian Memorial Park (the nearest park by me) is on eglinton, which is higher up than Old Mill. They'd still go by my area, right?

The Eglinton bridge is also close to my house, and I am wondering if you have fished there yet, and if you have what type of fish you have caught there. I plan to go there tomorrow.

Went down there tonight and landed 0 and seen two(sanctuary) there's like six inches of water there and Yorkers how many people where out looking for them.

There have been three or four caught at the river mouth on roebags during the day over the last week (when the water was up and running brown), and it is getting busy with people spoon dragging at night.
