8c cloudy showers
salmon are long done..lots of evidence they did make the journey
browns are up spawning...returning soon???? rumour has it that will be soon?
rainbow they are travelling up...i saw 4 and saw one get caught...wicked fight
most impressed that i encountered a deer with antlers...a buck in the river
i was fishing and noticed a fly fisherman fighting a rainbow...so i stopped fishing
walked up the bank to watch the show....he lands the trout...i keep looking back at my rod and pack
i look back and there is a deer in the middle of the river...did he steal my rod and gear?? is he fishing??
does he have his outdoors card??? does he know he is only a hundred yards from the subway at old mills
and everyone can see him....i do not think he was worried at all...i had already found his tracks earlier in the day
this is his river...he was probably here to check my outdoors card.... :mrgreen:

Nice report, I live very close to the Eglinton Bridge, water levels are hopefully up. Only fish I've ever caught there were some very small silver fishies.
