Guys let us know if high gas price or busy work schedule is stopping you from fishing?

High Gas Price & Busy Schedule is stopping me to go fishing.Since last few weeks i didn't go fishing much.I got boat also but not getting enough time to and use it.Plus next two week i will be extremely busy.i don't think i will get time to go fishing.High gas price is also kind of stopping me to go fishing.Hope fully from 2nd week of Aug i will be free and i will be able to go full time fishing again.Stay tuned

I am uneffected by high gas prices, seeing as I don`t own a car, and I am not really busy seeing as I don`t work, I am not a bum, I am injured and waiting for insurance to get there stuff together...so I fish alot, it`s almost like therapy, I have gotten much stronger since I have been fishing more. so i am un effected by it all and fish morenow than ever.

Busy schedule, high gas prices and weather stops me. I've been out 6-7 times this year. I'm hoping to go next Sunday now we will see. Then I think I will get really busy again. ah well Sept looks good.

i've been fishing on a pretty consistent basis.

i've rarely fished since school ended.
this is due to a busier schedule... working full-time and commuting approx. 3 hours daily... and needing more sleep than before (a sign of getting old?)

Weather has been a killer for me. It seems that weekdays have been nice, but teh weekends have been nothing but raina nd thunderstorms. That, and wanting to forego the smal fish in the ocal ponds and wanting to go after bigger fish. I have a couple of spots pretty local to me that I can hit up after work for some decent panfishing from shore, but I want some bigger fish lol

At least visiting off you can control, but the weather is another story and as for just raining on the weekend, it seems to be equally bad during the week.

i think lightning and thudnerstorms that occur almost daily is the bigger issue, maybe that should be added to the poll

man this busy schedule & weather has stopped me fishing.it is since almost 1 month i didnt go fishing.hopefully i am kind of getting free .i will be going fishing lots soon specially for salmon.

Yes, busy schedule, gas prices, etc. are all very good reasons ( or excuses, as good as any) to prevent you or to make you going fishing less often.

I fight through these obstacles, so far so good, I can not complain
