ISW Invasive Species Research Program

Hey Everyone. I recently stumbled upon an opportunity to help give back to the fishery. The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters is starting a research program that involves sampling water from different lakes to detect traces of different types of aquatic invasive species both plant and fish/invertibrate related. You would simply be required to set aside a few hours of a day to head out to a lake near you to take samples of the water in that lake and then send them back to their facility. I am not fully aware of all of the details involved as I just signed up but if anyone here is interested feel free to pass on your email to me and I will pass it on to the contact for the program.

Just realized that a boat is required, im thinking my Canoe should be alright. I have attached the manual they sent me for reference.
