when does pike open again?

i think the pike opener is the first saturday of may? so.. may 3rd?
i'm not really sure, never really targeted pike lol

Confirmed, I have seen it at Canadian tire before. It has topographic info too.

opener for pike:

May 3rd for zone 20, zone 17, and zone 16.
Really depends where you fish. Anywhere close to Toronto would be May 3rd.

yah, they do have depth charts as well as a description of the type of fish in the lake, where they are found in the lake, and what to use/how to target them. Pretty good investment in my opinion.

I have definitely seen these books at Walmart Square One they also carry them.

That book is worth the money for the info on the smaller less-known Kawartha Lakes alone!

Someone sent me a zip file with those maps, but I didn't know that they came from that publication until now. :twisted:

I took a look at these books and thought the topography was pretty basic, better than nothing but I have seen better maps in other books.
