Calm to Chaos! I was able to edit this down to a reasonable length video. From start to finish this was a long fight.

Just when you think all is calm, relaxed and worry free things can very quickly turn chaotic. Fish hits, ok im a little excited. Rigger adapter breaks on the way up, ok this just got interesting.... then it happens!

I noticed you did reinforce support for the rod holders. Post how you did address the down rigger mounting issue.

Rigger -- it was a gear head adapter that broke. There is a little screw on the bottom that screws into a gear track. I've had this for about 3 years now. Due to the amount of turning on that crank it just finally gave. Picked up another for $20. I have to try to slow down a bit when bringing it up. I get all rammy and excited once I hook up. Its just from me going at it like a mad man from time to time.
