Last day for pike

We went out today for the last day of pike season until it re-opens in May. Tried our normal spot but didn't get a hit. Decided to try somewhere else and caught this little guy on a red devil spoon. Glad I caught one before the season closed. Was hoping for bigger but I will take it.

Nice catch!..i haven't fished for 4 or 5 days now, feels horrible.

Really wanted to get out today, well hopefully in may.

That is this first pike in about 6 outings but it was nice to catch one. We were still on the bay so may try that spot in may or next march. Next weekend we are taking the boat up to Lindsay so we can catch some crappie/panfish.
