That sounded awesome too bad it dried up.

It was awesome. The ministry of the environment F'ed Up. They allowed some construction and river alterations to take place. The specks died out in 2 years seriously they were gone in 2 years, some Browns lasted a little longer maybe 5 years..
I used to be able to catch Specks 20 ft from my front door every day.

Yep that is sad... Hopefully things will change in the future and the urban fisheries will improve!
