hi what lures or baits would you suggest to use when fishing for salmon in rivers and streams? thanks

The most common bait is using roe, but there are a lot of other things that will also work. Where are you planning to go and when?

Depending on water clarity you can choose many different colours for roe bags. Size of the roe bags is also crucial. Sometimes you have to use a single egg..(or a red bead )
2" Pink trout worms work well. Marshmellows (small ones),yarn, artificial roe sacks, backriver jigs, fin s minnows can work too.
At night if you chuck cleos from the peir you may also load a few.
Lots of options
