Anyone else feel like winter is dragging on? Really need to get back on the flowing rivers. Miss the sound of running water. -40 with the wind is just retarded here today.

Days like today make it difficult. But even more than that i haven't been able to get and ice fish out much this winter so yeah, i'm with ya.. i'm ready for winter to be over.

Been out lots on simcoe. kinda tired of it already. tired of walking out with a ton of crap. rather just park the truck throw on waders, chest pack with fly rod in hand then a short walk to the water.

Come to Alaska for some warm weather and running rivers.......Warmest winter on record. I did some "Spring cleaning" yesterday in my garage with the door open wearing a T-shirt. Just weird.

Got me a great fiberglass fixer-upper to replace my tin can and soooo anxious to get working on her. Weather ain't cooperating and I'm showing signs of cabin fever. This winter came late here but we're paying for it now. I'd be happy to be out on liquid snagging a carp right about now.
