massasauga help

Hi i'm leaving next week to camp at massasauga spider and clear lake area.
Wondering anyone can provide tips for colors, lures or patterns. And what can I catch there.
So far i'm bringing panther martins and mepps, black tubes and berkley minnows.

Kelly green with sparkles has worked well for us in that area. We fish the bay immediately west of clear lake mainly due to easier access from the open water.

Grubs and Tubes land both large and small mouth bass. Crayfish patterns in purple & blue also produce.
Find the steep drop offs smallies.

In 2005, found this resident turtle there. It fed on smaller fish. So if the fish stop bitting... look for the turtle! See attached.
