milk snake???

I'm pretty sure its a milk snake but not 100% sure. THe ones i've seen in past had a light brown to orange in them but not in this one. ANy snake experts out there that can id this snake ??

those snkes use bastesian mimicry I believe its called to look like a deadly coral snake---it is a milk smake --no venom

That is not a milk snake - unless its some melanistic or anerythristic morph with a whacky pattern. A neonate northern water snake is what you have there.

thanks dozer for clearing that up ... after doing a few image searches I would say thats exactly what it was. water snake was my second guess.
