Miscalculations recalculated

Went up north to do some work, not so much action on the fishing front but did manage to capture some really cool shots.

Found this bugger at night clinging to the cottage so I transferred it to a piece of bark... Crypsis Maximus.



First clouds.



Navigating dangerous waters.



Miscalculated.



Flight of the dragonfly... DENIED.



Around 500 shots taken and a liter of blood donated to the well being of the mosquito... I got the shot I was hoping for.

wow, that last shot is amazing! I cant quite make out what im seeing in the first pic but I think im seeing a caterpillar that looks like a twig?

salmo - this was a one off occurrence. The water is very shallow here, ~1 ft. The bass is quite small but ferocious, it kept leaping out of the water after the dragon flies. The dragon flies were zooming by but once they focused in on the area and did circles I started snapping shots.

efka/driftman - there is a little brown inch worm bugger just right of the center, camouflaged perfectly in on an angle like a slash ( / )

Unreal man, a dragonfly shot on its own is pretty cool, and a leaping bass shot very special. Combine the two and that is one epic shot.
