mountsberg and island lake

how's it going everyone, im from hamilton usually do a lot of my fishing at mountsberg unless i'm up north but my question is island lake up in orangeville, i hear a lot of people talk about the pike there. are they there as the same numbers as mountsberg and bigger in size or roughly about the same. ive pulled a few pretty decent size out of mountsberg but nothing over 6-7 pounds. caught a nice o.o.s lg mouth there last weekend and thats the only one ive ever seen come outta there

if anyone has fished island lake can they give me some feedback on the lake as well as at mountsberg ive never fished the rapter centre side of the tracks are the pike in good numbers on that side aswell

I've fished both, and have gotten larger pike out of mountsberg. You might want to try puslinch lake in Cambridge...

Try surface fishing at dusk if you want to pull bass out of mountsberg. It's full of them.
