Mousing for Largemouth Bass

Hey everyone!

Got out on the local lake tonight, and decided to do some mousing.

Let's just say that cat's aren't the only things that love mice

These largies were loving the mouse - inhaling it on at least 70% of my casts. Man are they greedy! Some fish were only a bit bigger than the mouse

oh that must have been a blast getting those lmb on a mouse pattern, i've got one in my collection but it hasn't seen any use yet, after seeing this i will have to give the mouse pattern a shot next time out at my lmb spot.Thanks for sharing madocflyguy

Honestly, I highly doubt the bass cared whether or not the lure looked like a mouse - moreso that it was moving on the surface, and appeared to be alive. So to them, alive = food

Either way, I was super stoked to get some use out of the little critter
