mouth of the credit

Hey guys,
I work like 5 minutes away from the credit river.
Im itchin for some fishin and thinking about stopping by after work. about 5pm

What can I catch at the mouth this time of year? I dont think salmon are in yet according to the salmon fishing threads.

also is there a bait shop nearby?

are there carp there?

I think a new tackle store just opened at the mouth of the Credit across from Starbucks. Not sure whether or not they sell bait. Carp will be there.

Has anyone tried to get close to old ship wreck in this spot? Is it accessible from the shore.... What have you caught in the mouth area?

The shipwreck that is there can be accessed, however to get to it you must go thru the private marina. Fishing off there is not that much fun (there is a breaker wall)

There isnt much more action on the shipwreck than other spots that are easier accessed.
