i wonder since ive searched here and google.

what other lures would these fish hit... like swimmers? poppers? darters? metal lips?
ive had alot of success catching saltwater fish like striped bass with the lures above.

but everyone seems to only use metals, spinners and the like, the majority of the time.

i think ill do try using my darters/swimmers for a while and see if it can entice fish to bite.

there is only one way to find out and that is to try different lures and techniques we mostly fish cleos and j-13s because that is what is available locally for us to purchase although there is a common denominators between the two lures and once u figure that out you can look for those same common denominators in other lures. I'll leave the answer to your imagination
