my guppy had it's babies, just had to tell

so i went to my cottage this weekend and when i came home to my fish tank i found a pleasent surprise!

more like a godfather, i just take care of the fish, they do the parenting(even though with guppies parenting mostly consists of eating thir young, these two in the picture were the only survivores)

i get excited over these things too

i have african cichlids. one of my girls was holding eggs for some time, and they eventually formed into babies... i've never had a girl hold to term before... mine tend to swallow... i got so excited that i kept bugging frozen-fire to strip her!!! and he did! yay so she was holding 15 babies in her mouth but two didn't make it.

hope your two wee survivors are growing and healthy!
