Go to lebarons and check out the Bare line, they should be in your price range, and if they fail at least bare will take care of you! Another option is to buy from LL bean as they are quick to ship and have a lifetime warranty! Just a couple of less costly options.

I have bare waders--great product-gret warranty --exchange with no problem .

I'd go with bare after so much research. Adams-Bare, is a good quality one and Le Baron carries them for $280 I think. 10% off if you are a member

you should thank your dad for not letting you otherwise arthritis sets in and you'll feel like an old man by the time you're 20 lol
Waders haven't helped me on the arthritis front :(

shorts and sandals is what i use, who needs waders lol
you need to know that there is thousands of parasites in the water. walking through iffy rivers that travel through cities and towns may not be the cleanest. plus waders protect you from, sticky plants, shrubs, poison ivy. other one that stings like hell. waders keep you warm and wind proof.

also the real fishing starts in a week or two for few weeks. that is after all why most of us went fishing for female salmon :)

The dura weave was ok but I still killed them between january and Now . They are heavy
how often do you fish to go through them that fast??

I sold a pair of neoprene waders that looked extremely well built, I think they were Bare, but looks like the ad has vanished from the Classifieds section. I sold them sometime last fall or winter I think. I bought them for myself, but they ended up being too small.

Someone else on the forum said he owned the same pair and that they weren't leaking even after 10 years of use.

From what I understand, even super pricey Simms G4's spring leaks, especially with heavy use.

If I had to buy a new pair of waders myself now for the colder water, I'd probably go with Bare neoprene waders.

I like the bare designs, I have to check Lebaron for the price, since they are pretty much only people that have it. Honestly though, I rather upgrade my rod for 350 bucks lol.

i highly suggest you check out the new rapala waders, my buddy just got them and they are awesome! way better than my white river ones that i paid the same ammount for. and they look realy nice to
