Yah, who needs reliability, security, & customer service?
Plus that whole user friendly thing too!
Apples terrible..a little fad kids thought was a cool thing. For the prices you pay for an apple product you could buy way better products for half the price. Why do most iPhone end up with a cracked screen? iPods sound quality is crap..just a funky operating system. How are they reliable? They use completly different chargers and accessories. Atleast when I go somewhere without a charger, I can ask someone to use there charger because of the universal attachment on all new products other then apple..They only have good customer service because of all the practice from dealing with angry customers...lol

I think there are around 8billion people in the world that I could ask for a charger :) ...

I don't feel like getting into a tech war over this really.

I'm sure anybody that can crack a screen on an iPhone could crack a screen on a Samsung too.

I think apple is easy to hate or love based on their success.

It's kind of like the Sydney Crosby effect... People love to hate him and say he's a whiner or over rated etc...
But when it comes down to it, he has numbers to back it.

Same applies to apple...

With that being said, pretty much any product(smartphones) you buy nowadays is decent, they have to be or they die...(like blackberry...remember them)

I can live with that..I do agree that most products are decent. Just for the price you have to pay for an apple is rediculous, when you can get pretty much the same thing for half the price. Blackberry? Whats that? Lol. Sad because I can see RIM (makers of blackberry) buildings from my back door.

Yah, I'd say they have 1 last chance to stay alive with BB10, so they better make sure it's good... And soon!

If they can't have it out by jan/feb then they're pooched.

Nice brown, good on you for releasing it, we need those genetics. I miss the days when they were abundant.

No brand can stay on top forever, the brand life cycle effect catches up to any brand sooner or later. BlackBerry still has a chance and it's weird for me to say that considering how high their sales still are. Apple just passed their peak in the smartphone market, we will start to see their numbers go down now. In the computer market they are still on their way up, I don't think they are capable of doing a complete takeover the way they did in the Smartphone market. Time will tell.

Nice brown, kind of hard to see behind all that mud....

Pics of Bronte brown trout
I am going to put this as gently as I can..
That is some piss poor C&R.. The fish is completely covered in crap from flopping around on the ground, probably while waiting for you to get a camera ready.

It may be best for you to research into proper fish handling for C&R purposes. This will ensure the fish's survival, while allowing you time to capture the moment forever on your digi.

Best of luck.

i am no expert on what happened but i have had many fish flop out of my hand---lets not hang the guy...it only takes one roll in the grass for the dirt to stick to a fish we all know that---just sayin if i post pics of my last salmon it looks like it has been shake and baked in sand---spent ten seconds on the ground a foot from the water as 20 plus pounds of fish slipped out of my hands....i know we all wanna do things right and by him posting pics i am sure he didnt want to showcase how badly he handled a fish..nice fish by the way...

For the record we keep only 1 or 2 salmon or trout each year for eggs and the rest are released. The fish had to be lifted over the rails at Bronte and was set on the ground<sand> to remove the lure. The lure was quickly removed and my son took the picture immediately so I could walk it over to the lake and ensure the fish was properly released. I was disappointed in the dirt on the picture but did not want to waste time before releasing the fish. Total time the fish was out of the water and released 2 minutes. We spend whatever time that is needed to ensure the fish will survive- I mean no disrespect to you folks but I can assure you we care more for our catch than just about anyone I have seen. Some of you folks certainly seem judgmental by looking at a picture. Hopefully you hold yourselves to the same standard. Tight lines
