I was really suprized. We stopped at a trib on our way back from fishing at a lake out east.
Caught, landed and is now in our freezer waiting on my mother in law to pick it up.

You are young and have no idea what you are consuming.. Did any of you know that the water discharge from the Pickering plant goes unmonitored? which also means that this toxic waste is not taken into consideration when creating the "Ontario guide to eating fish"
I have friends who are chemists and biologists (30+ years industry experience) and they have all confirmed that the fish from Lake O are severly contaminated with toxins that go unreported because of the loopholes in our laws.

Just because you are seemingly fine now, does not mean you will be in the years ahead..

Lake O is big...like 1 600 000 000 m^3 in total...but this is just a little disgusting, aside from the levels of heavy metals and generally unchecked effluent from various industries:

i realise that the fish are contaminated, and i didnt mean to come off rude but i honestly dont think that " fresh atlantic salmon right from new found land" is any better. you should watch food inc its free on youtube, gonna wanna make u a vegetarian

Comparing lake O Salmon to Atlantic, is just foolish.. Please refer to statement above.

Food Inc, Food Matters, Earthlings, Blue Gold, etc.. Please watch all of these, then read all the books associated with these topics. Then spend about a decade or more living the lifestyle. Attain enough knowledge to speak with experts like David wolfe, on such subjects/matters... After all this, maybe, just maybe we can have an enlightening converstation regarding this subject.
