Offshore fishing

Well i just joined here and wanted to know if you guys could give me some tips on where to fish i live in windsor ontario and its rather boring here i cant find anywhere to fish. in the last year or so something happend and my familey lost there boat so i havent been finishing lately for the lack of a boat. my question is basicly could u point me where me and my dad could go fishing offshore and still catch some decent fish ? ive searched the internet for awhile now looking and could not find anything. we used to go fishing on lake st clair but id try anything just not off detriot river lol. anyway thanks guys. love the site so far.

From what I've seen and read Lake St Clair is suppose to be a really good lake to fish in, I would try it out myself but its a little too far. You can also try some parks, places in Lake erie if not too far or even Sarnia? lake huron.

ok but i need specific places like names of places. any ideas im really looking to catch small mouth and perch and really anything else. im finding it hard finding spots... the internet is to vague so yeah i 100% appreciate ur attempt but if you could go into a bit more detail if you know any. thanks mate.


i need a place to just go off the pier or something dock and fish and hopfully get some decent sized fish, bass hopefully. everyone in my family has the mentality if you dont have a boat u cant go fishing please give me some info here guys...
