Beauty, I've never seen a silver one like that come out of a Lake O trib.

We went to Nipigon yesterday and got 2 chinooks from shore.
I'd have to say yes to that your Rainbow Trout are also much bigger than ours...FishermanDan from Hamilton has caught a dozzen or more over 10lbs out of the Lake Ontario tribs.. I believe his biggest was 18lbs out of the Niagara River we can't compete with that again I think Lake Superior is probably a bit cold for their liking as well salmontrutta..it seems much better suited for specks & lakers as is Lake Nipigon...Amazingly, over 30lbs is not *that* big of a deal out of Lake O, 25lbs is quite common. I guess we should count ourselves lucky to have such big fish here!
