File this one under "WTF is that?"

15ft telescopic interline, med heavy, will blast PVA bags and weights out to where the Carp are hiding.... Was being used at medium-long range in the pic, running a Pflueger Arbor, wide mouth reel.

here is what the trout opener arsenal was all about for me,
12' 6" fenwick HMX paired with a rapala shift
13' shimano clarus paired with a rapala classic drifter
13' 6" okuma aventa paired with a rapala r-type
12' 6" raven matrix paired with another rapala classic drifter
10' shimano convergence paired with a shimano 2500FD
9' 8 wt fenwick eagle GT paired with an okuma integrity 10/11 reel
9' 9 wt ross essence FS paired with an okuma slv 8/9 reel
13' rapala magnum paired with a shimano sirata
all were taken out on opening day, just in case i might wanna use one or the other, mostly used was setup 1,2 and 7, all produced fish and this is the gear i fish with most of the time, whichever gear i pick for the day is the most applicable on the water i fish, sooooooo, hope you guys post yours up too!

Stream gear:

Fenwick EliteTech River Runner. 5'3, one piece. Paired up with a Shimano Sedona 500.

Flyboxes are a handy way to store small spinners and spoons.

Last one, I promise!

Bass gear:

6'6 St. Croix Mojo Bass medium rod paired with Abu Garcia Revo Winch (5.3:1) for cranking, twitching, small spoons, topwater plugs

7' St. Croix Mojo Bass med-heavy rod paired with Abu Garcia Orra SX (7.1:1) for spinner baits and slop frogs and fishing heavy cover

Those are pretty much all the lures I use for bass fishing. I have a dozen or so bags of worms and tubes and a half dozen jigs that rarely see action so I didn't bother pulling them out. Everything in that box will catch fish depending on the conditions.

Other gear in the overall angling arsenal:

7' UL Browning Medallion (2-piece) paired with a Pflueger President 6925 for panfhishing
6'6 ML Shimano Compre (2-piece) paired with a Shimano Sedona 2500 for miscellanouse
8'6 MH Browning casting rod with an abu garcia C3 for chinook fishing

A few boxes of pike, bass and trout sized mepps; box full of small rapalas; box full of panfish jigs and lures; box full of 3/4oz spoons, K-13s and J-13s for chinook

Ya, that should cover it. Everything else is just terminal tackle.

Nice stuff! How do you like the Fenwick elite tech river rod? Always have been interested on how they performed
Thanks!

I like it a lot. Plenty sensitive, love how the blank feels and plays pan-sized fish and has enough of a butt for the bigger brutes. I absolutely love the handle. It has a shorter taper than some UL rods which took a bit getting used to, but is not necessarily a bad thing. I'd say it is worth it.
