Well I hope that none of you work for primerica, if you have insurance, than thats fine, this has nothing to do with that.

So as some you may or may not know, i was injured almost 5 months again while working security at bars. So i just had surgery jan 6th, and i'm now able to start looking for a new job cause i need to start work soon times. So i've uploaded my resume to monster n workopolis. Anyways money i go out handing out resumes and go to physio at OTMH, and i get home and my dad informs me i have an message here at home bout job that i was recommended for, I'm thinking wonderful! someone recommended me for a job this is sweet. So I call the person back, and we talk and make an appointment for the next day for me to go up and see her. She never tells me the company name, that might have been my mistake not asking, but it was financial and insurance type deal, so im thinking i've never seen my self doign a job like this and if someone is recommending me someone does,lol...sweet is what im thinking.

So I ask who recommended me to the job, she says she dosnt have the info that she has people that work for her walk around n ask people if they know anyone, and that all she gets is a name n number. W/e i'm just really excited about this job offer what do i care, i dont i need a job!!! so i go up, we talk for 45 mins i met the only other person that works in the office, which dosnt make sense to me, but w/e, n im told in the meeting that shes looking for 5 people when she told me she was looking for 15-20 on the phone. W/e i just ignore all of this, its just seems like a really excellent job get, and im excited to go from there. Anyways i get home im all happy n what not, my gf gets me n i come back her place and while surfing the internet, i decide her im gunna google them see what there sites about.

well there first link on google is the link to there site, and as i click on the link i look at the what the 2nd link is. so i click back and i go to that one, well heres the link to what it was, if you are interested in what is in the link please read, so anyone who else who gets a call n it sounds like this u will know what it is all about.

http://www.ehmac.ca/everything-else-eh/ ... -scam.html so please read and see what u think, i already know my answer, n im not going back, but be aware.

my friend worked for them for 2 months, th good thing about them is they help you get uour license, which cost more if you do it on your own.
the bad thing is you work for comission only.
anyway after he quit he got the job at cibc bank, and he is very happy now.

yeah thats the only thing, that i know would be good, is that they will help u with that, but thats not my career choice, if i godda work commission than i dont want, im a still want to be a cop, unless something better comes up,lol. im glad though that it works for him.

Some tips on job hunting nothing personal bud just throwing some thoughts out there to help!

Don't do this "So I ask who recommended me to the job"

Basically it's there choice to tell u you. You only have a set amount of time, keep it about the job proff stay away from personal that's my opinion !

When u send out a resume, have notes about each u send and what the job relates to close by its a lot of work but makes a difference.

When u get a call for an interview if u sound like your all informed and your not just sending 1000 resumes out randomly it comes across really good. Research the company before the interview!!!!!!!!!

And most important this is where 99% of people fail --> MONEY MEANS NOTHING TO START

People come in thinking there hot $%^% worth a fortune, prove it first & then the $$$ will flow!

that was the thing with this, at this point in time my resume other than being posted on monster it had only been sent to one job on monster, n i handed it in at discount car n truck rentals.
