Oh damn... I must be totally confused. I thought I was still in MAY! :)
 
I went there on Sunday, talked to Dave Mercer, bought a few rapalas, listened to a few seminars. Bass Pro has the special Dave Mercer colour rapalas which are only available at that store for a limited time. He says that colour works really well for a lot of different water conditions, so you might want to try this colour before it runs out.

I didn't get one of them cause the colour didn't look appealing enough I guess they are right when they say we base our lure purchases on the colours we like not what a fish would like....

When I was there on Sunday no one was buying them.
 
The colour of Mercers Magic is a green upper body, with a yellow stripe down the middle and a hint of purple on the tail. Dave said he fished this colour and it has done very well for him.

Thats means I have to go back a buy a few..........
 
stop buying lures!

these damned xraps are so fishermen catcher.

just get something natural like shad/perch & something shocking like crown/firetiger.
