Rapala Scatter Rap

[Carp Addiction]

Just picked up some of the new scatter raps from Rapala. (Rapalas give me a b8n8r)

Anyone have any success worth noting with these bills? I'm just dying to try them.

(Also bought some of the new bx minnows, but thats another topic :mrgreen: )

Have fun Kit, I picked up the countdown and minnow versions during the long winter, I've been patiently waiting for the right species to open up so I can use them. I've read a lot on a bass forum about them, but no personal experience yet. Apparently if they are retrieved too quickly they start to roll over, so keep an eye on that and let us know how you do.

I tried it out last night a little bit on the lake I will fishing on and it dives a tad too deep and kept picking up weeds.

We were using the minnow version in perch. The strong winds were pushing the baitfish and the walleye were feeding very aggressively. As for where, that's a secret.
