Simcoe Whitefish Anyone?

tried last year once, i think it was jacksons point, had one hit but lost half way up. didn't like it cause its more like snagging. just look for boats and fish in the crowd, williams and badboys seemed to work when i was there. it was ~+12+15 on the shore but freezing on the lake, dress warm and good luck.

Does anyone know any good spot in lake simcoe im goign there on friday at seabads point i dont know how to spell it but is there any other location that has alot of fish

Never tried for them myself during softwater season, but I would start off by using artificials, tetr totr jigs, rigged w/ gulp, if that doesn't work I would goto my old reliable tactic, 2 way spreader w/ minnows, 1-2 inches off bottom while feeling for light bites.

I just got back from fishing in lake simcoe and I caught the biggest bass I ever caught i took a pict of it i will post it tommorow
