small creek fishing

So I'm in bowmanville and am wondering if there is a small creek or river near me where I can fish crappies or bass in. Would like it to be within 20-30 min thanks for everything.

There is no marsh area anywhere near the south of your river? Mostly likely near mouth, they would be there.
