West trib ice conditions

Has any one seen the west in the last couple days to tell me if the rain and couple warm days was enough to open it up to be fishable ??? Please pm me

its all frozen up where ive checked...

all the rain and warm did was make it a bit more slick looking like a skating rink, no seams open though
