I wonder guys what fish can be caught at this time of the year ( March) and what is your recommended spots... thanks

Trout depending where you are located.

I'd stay off the ice if I was you.

Pretty much anything as long as they are in season.
Fish gotta eat year round, they don't hibernate, altho Bass do become sluggish in winter, but are out of season anyway.
Just have to seek and find.
