So today I watch this guy fight a 25lb buck for close to 15 minutes. His buddy comes over, they net it and then throw it up on the bank. Im thinking whatever they are going to keep one. After another what felt like 5 minutes, buddy kicks it back in to the river. Its doing the half float half bounce thing towards me. I ended up tailing it, brought it out into some deeper water and revived it for 2-3 minutes before it gave a good couple kicks and out into the pool he went.

Proper fish handling and catch n release are the two keys to a successful resource down the road.
