one of my favorite is catfish.when you put liitle spice and fry .man it taste great.

dude go to the doctor and check your blood for metals, im serious, tuna is known for absorbing heavy metals into its flesh.

This is gonna sound a little off the wall, but if Pike is done right, it tastes even better than Walleye. Personally not a big fish eater, but have before. I would say Pike, Walleye and Panfish.

Best I think for me is walleye caught through the ice and eaten the same night.
Perch is another of my fav's

Perch and Northern Pike-although LM/SM Bass and catfish are quite good-as with all freshwater fish i found that filleting not mere pan -dressing the fish gets the best results. :mrgreen:

frozenfire told me that some may. we caught a big one once so i brought it home for my mom and she refused to cook it because she said it was too 'pretty' and resembled more of a fish you would keep in an aquarium.

i'm not big into eating fish... but i enjoy bringing fish home for the family to eat =). they enjoy crappies most.

i love sunfish .specially when u fry it and eat with rice.

Perch Walleye LM SM BASS PIKE is ok as well I prefer sea fish for some reason such as Pollock Halibut Cod etc.

Trout, rainbow trout to be specific. but looking forward to trying walleye and maybe even pike. I've eaten way more salt water fish then fresh water.

Dont eat Fisk.

Ill eat just about any fish. Not around my home tho. Were downstream from a nuclear research facility. (Chalk River)
