Actually they want you to buy more rapalas to win rapalas. 1 in 1000 wins 80 so there losing 8% to boost sales 11% .

I already have 80 rapalas but good luck guys!

fixed.

And Swing brings up a solid point - good on the company for keeping money in their pockets... I guess. I'm a huge Rapala fan for the record. The quality of the lures for the price is unmatched. White X Rap is the greatest invention since duct tape and JB Weld... and Taco Rico's.

Lol'd...pretty much TD. Looking at those lure prices at Sail, Lebaron, CT always makes me scratch my head...remembering I used to buy every new Rapala Lure advertised to catch fish...Until I learn that fish also eat $1.25 popper from or a big-O imitation from Dollarama. The cheapest lure from rapala i know is $7.99.

I only have 1 HJ left I bought 3 years ago...I'm too cheap to use it and lose it...lol...meanwhile I'm losing bomber plugs left n right...Daiwa has raised the price on their 4" suspending plug and now priced $5.99. Now that I would load my tackle box with.

Lmao . Brand recognition? What fisherman hasn't heard of rapala. This 'contest' is exactly the same as roll up the rim at tims.
I own tons too. #7 black and silver floater has probably caught more fish than any other lure ever made
