so you smoke and then enjoy the scenery that you pollute from the "smokes"?

Good grief...

The logic is that people do what they do because they enjoy doing it. :)

"Pollution" from a couple of smokes? I think that's a little extreme...

Dusty... I am not trying to be a a-- but relax a little. This was just a general question if people smoke when they fish, not a debate on the effects of smoking. I am sure everyone knows the effects of smoke.

I do not smoke, but if some one wants to enjoy a smoke or what ever else the like when they fish I see nothing wrong with it, it is their choice.

just my 2 cents.

I'm not trying to poke or prod but that's a pretty silly logic. Cigarettes have way more chemicals then a cigar. Yet both are not good for you anyways. But it does bother me when I see people throw their butts into the water after they are done.

Toxic for the environment not really since after all tobacco is a plant.

I quit the analogs 4-5 months ago and moved into the digital age with e-cigarettes. Best decision I ever made.

Here are a few from my growing collection

And remember everyone. Smoking is dead, vaping is the future....and the future is now! lol

dont smoke.

so you smoke and then enjoy the scenery that you pollute from the "smokes"? or is it the vapor kind?

Since you're so worried about pollution from a cigarette, I assuming you ride your bike to your favourite fishing holes?

Do they work? do you still have cravings?

It was a little tough the first few weeks as it is a bit different than the real thing. But they actually give you a throat hit like the real thing, once you find the flavor that works for you I think its pretty easy to quit. I still get cravings as it hasn't been that long, but all I need to do is pull out my ecig and problem solved.

^ my mom went from almost a pack or more a day to nothing. Yes, she still craves a cigarette every now and then but it's not so strong that she can't control it.  She made the switch about 5 or 6 months ago.

In a few weeks, she went from not being able to sleep well, coughing, heavy breathing to almost no issues at all. It was an amazing transformation. Not only did we notice it, but she noticed it as well and that was amazing. Highly recommend it.
