I smoked when I fished, but having quit smoking I no longer smoke while I fish. Haven't noticed any increase in my catches since I quit, but I can smell the outdoor aromas better.

Yeah, Im with kit.. the occasional cigar, depends on time of day and tactic for me though. Ive also tried adopting the pipe, my grandfather passed one down to me and I feel I should honor it.

at work im too busy and at home i dont feel a need to but when im out enjoying the water with a rod in my hand, i really appreciate my smokes.

I only smoke when I'm on the water. I quite enjoy a couple cigarettes when I'm in the boat.

I don't smoke everytime I'm out though.

I used to smoke a pack a day, now I smoke maybe 2 packs a year

I quit smoking 3 years ago...the day my son decided he wants to go fishing with me. Now even if he doesn't go, I just got used to not smoking anymore.
