    Upper Humber River

give it a try, there are some trout but they are tricky to find and catch. Try finding cooler parts of the stream. The problem with the river is the palgrave dam heats the water too much.

    Coming to TO

    Trout Fishing

some other tribs of the notty are good too... pine...boyne. Credit is good but single barbless hooks only. If your looking for specks go to headwaters of the tribs and try a few rivers. You should be able to find some action.

    fishin' for trout

im not saying dont use them, because they still produce....more during rains and murky water. But in crystal clear water i tend to find they dont as well as natural baits. I fish mainly resident browns which can be very picky fish.

    fishin' for trout

panther martins!!! there little spinners and if im not fly fishing im using them. size 0-2 aglia mepps can work too. I would not use pink worms because they dont look natural at all. Dew worms usually produce and big browns will take minnows. Be as natural as possible, especially if fishing...

    Nottawasaga river

i find the notty takes a long time to clear up, so i think it will need another couple weeks atleast....its almost always murky, even in the summer.

    Knox Road-Wasaga

the river just downstream of the dam in alliston is open, but not worth fishing as its really high and murky.

Forks of the Credit in May

Nice! Ive heard about people using chub for the big guys. I just put a streamer, but i use to catch them on small spinners like panther martins. I found that if you want to catch them, you need to find a big pool that has not been fished or is hard access.

Forks of the Credit in May

LOL I was being sarcastic. I live in Bolton and fish the humber more than any river. There are fish to be found, and yes big ones! The problem is that the watershed cant support much fishing pressure. I believe they are still stocking it with browns based on MNR reports though. Another good...
