    I actually have the same problem with mine... the wooden handles squeek so loud that im emberassed fishing beside anglers I dont know. Im going to have to try greasing them too then and see if itll help. Thanks Chris

    Been fishing the exact same combo for years now, love it. Congrats on the fish, I too tend to switch between the fly and pin but always end up back with the pin

    Yeah Nado's spot on, thats exactly what I mean. The fish stays in the water at all times, its just when you wade to shore so you can actually kneel down to pop the hook out, the water tends to get super muddy. Interesting indeed.

    Steelhead hook size

    Size 10 raven for all conditions now, used to run 12-14 daichi but found it uneccessary and would often have fish spit the hook... 10 seems to be perfect for me.
