Sauger taste exactly the same as walleye. They don't get as big though. I actually really like the markings on them, leopard walleye! lol

Rainy River first and foremost (my homewaters) Rainy Lake, Lake of the Woods, Big Sawbill, Esox and the lower Manitou. All lakes in northwester Ontraio
